After heating, the air expands rapidly and it rushes out of the surface when the surface tension of the paint decreases due to heat. Enameled wire surface is not smooth.
If the surface of the copper wire is bright and clean, a layer of paint can be applied. If the surface is stained with oil, the contact angle between the wire and the paint interface is affected, and the paint solution turns the wire from wet to non-wet. If the copper wire is hard, the irregular alignment of the surface molecules on the paint will have less attraction to the paint, which is not conducive to the wetting of the copper wire by the paint solution.
